Music Director

Zachary Fitzgerald is a highly accomplished musician with a diverse background in both performance and education. With a long history as a church music director, he holds a Bachelor’s in Music Education, Master’s in Choral Conducting, and Master’s in Vocal Performance, and is currently completing his Doctorate in Vocal Performance. A former professional oboist and saxophonist, he has an extensive international performance career as an opera singer and musical theatre performer, bringing his rich talents to stages across the globe.

In addition to his performing and teaching career, Zachary is featured on multiple albums with professional singing groups and his voice can be heard in various TV shows. As a dedicated voice teacher and passionate lover of music, he thrives on nurturing the every generation of musicians that crosses his path.

Now, Zachary is thrilled to bring his expertise and energy to Fauntleroy UCC, where he is excited to create music and foster a sense of community through the power of song and performance. He looks forward to inspiring others to explore their musical talents and share in the joy of making music together.
